The responsibilities of the Documentum Analyst will be to:
- Partner with Busines Partners, project team and Team Leader to create, modify and update meta-data within Documentum suite of tools.
- Assist Team Leader with providing direction to junior staff with process and procedures to execute data entry activity.
- Assist Team Leader with executing the gathering and aggregation of meta-data from project team members who have the subject matter expertise to identify the meta-data requirements.
- Candidates must be able to apply critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Candidates must be able understand meta-data and XML and communicate these insights to project team members in an effort to help make the meta-data identification process more precise.
- Previous Documentum experience is required.
- This is not a programming position. This is a project based role.
- Experience with Documentum not only from a programatic perspective but as a proficient user is required.
