Client Relationship Management Coordinator (CRM)
XXX INC..., a global leader in testing, verification, and certification services has a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a CRM within our Restrictive Substances Testing and Services (RSTS) department. 
The successful candidate will demonstrate success in a customer service role within a technical industry eg. chemical, biological, engineering or environmental.
This position requires an individual with strong people skills who can serve as liason between client and our internal laboratories concerning pricing or results of our third-party testing services to our domestic and global clients. 

Additional requirements include:

• PC knowledge, especially Microsoft Office 
• Organized working habits
• Good listening skills
• A demonstrated understanding of customer service
• Ability to be responsive and follow-through
